Enjoy.
1. Choose a product type and research existing advertising material particularly that which follows a particular campaign strategy and produce 4 different location shots with people/actors/models that individually tell a story. There should be a consistent strategy applied to the 4 photographs and a combination of male and female models used.
2. Approach a local designer and produce a series of 6 location photographs of different garments, including the models of course. The garments should have a bearing on your choice of location.
3. Construct a rationale for a narrative fashion series and produce 8 photographs to tell the story.
I have removed 1 photo from this series in exchange for the UN Comp.
4. Produce a series of 7 studio fashion shots which include at least two couple shots and one group shot. At least two of the shots should include males.
I have removed 2 images from this series in exchange for the UN comp
UN Comp images:
Forest Hero
In this image I celebrate the work of small scale sustainability. The Gundaroo Common is the largest common left in Australia and is actively involved in the protection of native trees and grass land. It is projects like these that will ensure the survivability of our forests and bushland for generations to come.
Issues and Solutions
From where I stand the major issue affecting the sustainability of our forests is humans and the solution comes down to humans also. In this image I show a young lady at home in the forest. It demonstrates my belief that when we finally realise that we need to include the forest in our lives that the forests will be safe from destruction.
This is my forest
As a child my family went camping a lot and my most vivid memories involve me lying around with my family in the middle of nowhere staring up at the sky and dreaming. Sometimes this would be in the desert, sometimes in thick forests, but always with my family by my side. In this image I’m showing that we sometimes just need to lie back and look at what we have, for it is when we realise what we have that we will realise what we need.
